That’s why my brand is called Gazella by Liisa, because it represents the way I try to live, and the spirit I want to share with my clients: moving with resilience, strength, and grace, even when life gets hard.

I believe Pilates is for everyone—every age, every body, every story. One size absolutely does not fit all. Everyone deserves a practice that fits them, a class they look forward to, and a teacher who truly sees them.

My goal is to make every session a safe space—a place to learn, experiment, and feel comfortable and confident in your own body. To move without judgment, to grow at your own pace, and to reconnect with your strength.
